Welcome to the Boone County Planning Commission's homepage. In addition to serving the planning commission, the staff members provide assistance to eight Boards - the Boone County, Florence, Union, and Walton Boards of Adjustment, the Boone County Historic Preservation Review Board, the Boone County Urban Forest Commission, the Boone County GIS Advisory Board, and the Florence Main Street Design Review Board. Overall, the planning commission staff serves 60 Board members as well as area residents and businesses. We hope you find this website to be user-friendly and informative.
